Bridget was born and raised in the Houston area and has lived and worked in surrounding areas most of her life. This has given her the chance to become very familiar with several areas and get to know many people as friends and business owners.

Before she became a Realtor in 2011 (and for years after), she worked for a vacation rental and property management company in Galveston for several years. For the company, she played every role at one time or another, including taking on new vacation rental properties all over the island, taking property photos and listing the properties online for rentals, working with owners to make sure their properties were generating a satisfactory ROI while being marketed efficiently, attending Chamber of Commerce events to educate herself further about the industry, everything property management related, leasing unfurnished long-term rentals and many other tasks. This experience alone gave her an extensive knowledge of marketing, property management, Galveston island itself, vacation rentals and more! This has been very helpful to her when helping her clients in every aspect of real estate.

Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years.
